Terms of Service

1. Service scope

Voptia Engine is provided by Voptia, Inc. ("Voptia," "we," or "us") as route optimization software and API services for dispatch planning. Outputs are decision-support recommendations and do not replace operational judgment.

2. Account responsibility

Customers are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, ensuring authorized access, and maintaining complete and lawful dispatch data inputs.

3. Acceptable use

Customers may not use the service for unlawful operations, reverse engineer proprietary optimization logic, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

4. Availability

Service availability targets are defined in subscription agreements. Planned maintenance windows may affect system access and are communicated in advance where practicable.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Voptia's total liability arising from service use is limited to fees paid for the affected subscription period.

6. Governing terms

Additional commercial terms, data processing obligations, and support commitments are governed by the signed order form and any applicable data processing agreement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
